Summary
When Derek catches her at a party with underage drinking, Julie uses the opportunity to flirt with him and try to make him see she’s not just his sister’s best friend. She’s a woman who knows what—whom—she wants. Derek has been ignoring her for years, but when the rain ends, and the sun rises, he’ll no longer be able to pretend she’s just a silly girl.
